Sunday 24 May 1992 – Capital Citybus logo as carried by 182 (J182 HME), a Northern Counties bodied Dennis Dominator new in November 1991. The company came into being in December 1990 when Ensign sold its Dagenham area tendered bus network to the CNT Group, owners of Citybus that operated in Hong Kong. The Chinese characters reflect the lettering carried by the group’s Hong Kong buses. In July 1998 Capital Citybus was sold First Group and it eventually became part of the First London operations.
