Saturday 27 February 2016 (1058) - Bruce's Coaches of Shotts, Scotland has operated the National Express Bournemouth to Edinburgh service 539 for some years. FN63 PWX, a Caetano Levante bodied Scania K340 tri-axle, was seen in Oxford when working the northbound day service that had left Bournemouth at 0725 and was due in Edinburgh at 2125. Later in the day I saw sister vehicle FN63 PWY working the southbound service. Alongside is Stagecoach East (Cambus) 54318 (YX64 WDD), a Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B11RT in the X5 livery. On the left of the photo is City of Oxford 45 (SF61 OXF), a Plaxton Panther bodied Scania K360EB in a livery for both 'the airline' and X90 services.

Saturday 27 February 2016 (1057) - Three City of Oxford coaches at Gloucester Green bus station in Oxford: On the left, carrying 'Airline' livery, is 23 (CF14 OXF). The two coaches carrying X90 livery are 77 (OX15 BUS) and 75 (X90 OXD).

Saturday 27 February 2016 (1046) - Gloucester Green bus station in Oxford: Nearest the camera are two Stagecoach (Oxford Tube) Van Hool TDX27 Astromegas 50262 (T44 UBE) and 50268 (YJ14 LFD). Beyond those are two City of Oxford coaches.

Saturday 27 February 2016 (1035) - City of Oxford 314 (HP11 OXF), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro bodied Trident new in June 2011, seen in Magdalen Street East, Oxford. It was working the Pear Tree Park and Ride service. Until October 2015 service 300 linked the two Park and Ride sites of Pear Tree (to the north of the city) with Redbridge (to the south). This provided a cross city link. However, the two links are currently severed due to major roadworks taking place near Pear Tree that were disrupting timekeeping.

Friday 26 February 2016 – Turkish built Temsa Diamond coach from Moldova seen at Peartree Service Area in Oxford. Some of the windows bore posters for operatic performances and in the front windscreen there was a poster for a performance of Puccini’s Tosca by the ‘The Orchestra of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Moldova’. Registration C RU 120

Friday 26 February 2016 (1353) – Stagecoach Thames Transit 15835 (OU12 FFZ), a Scania N230UD with Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro bodywork, seen in Woodstock when operating the 1325 service S3 from Charlbury to Oxford - a ‘Stagecoach Gold’ branded service. Lettering advises that the service passes Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill and the ancestral home of the Dukes of Marlborough, which is located at Woodstock.
