Monday 17 September 2012 (approx 1358) - Grant Palmer Limited, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, YX11 HPU, an Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 - originally a demonstrator, seen at Harrold (Institute) having worked the 1330 service 25 from Bedford and ready to work 1405 service 25 back to Bedford. The bus carries lettering for the service and the logo of Bedford Borough Council which sponsors the service.

Monday 9 July 2012 (1410) - Grant Palmer Limited, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, YX11 HPU, an Alexander Dennis Enviro200, seen in the Bedfordshire village of Harrold when working the 1405 service 25 to Bedford. This bus may have been a former Alexander Dennis demonstrator new in August 2011.

Thursday 18 September 2014 (0959) - Grant Palmer Limited W134 WGT seen in Kimbolton operating service 28. It had arrived on the 0910 departure from Bedford (via Ravensden, Thurleigh, Riseley, Swineshead, Upper Dean, Lower Dean and Tilbrook) and returned to Bedford on the 1000 service from here (via Pertenhall, Swineshead, Riseley, Bletsoe, Thurleigh and Ravensden). In order to provide service to/from some of the smaller villages the outward trip will simultaneously set down and pick-up. For example, passengers from say Upper and Lower Dean to Bedford would board the 'outward' journey and continue across Kimbolton. Passengers from Bedford to Bletsoe on this trip would also travel across Kimbolton. Different routings over the day allow passengers to select which may be the shortest bus ride. A Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart new to Wimco (Mitcham Belle) in June 2000.

The impressive building behind the wall in the background is the gateway to Kimbolton Castle, the home of the famous Kimbolton School, and was built in the 1760s. Henry VIII's first wife, Katherine of Aragon, died at the Castle in 1536 around the time the school was founded albeit in a different part of the village.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1126) – Coming into Bedford town centre on service 44 from its home town of Flitwick is Grant Palmer P720 GND, an Alexander bodied Volvo Olympian new to Greater Manchester Buses (South) in October 1996. Turning into St. Paul’s Square close to the statue of John Howard (1726-1790), a local philanthropist and prison reformer.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1140) – Grant Palmer P720 GND crossing the bridge over the River Great Ouse working from Bedford town centre to Ampthill via its home base of Flitwick on service 44. It is an Alexander bodied Volvo Olympian new to Greater Manchester Buses (South) in October 1996.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1053) – Grant Palmer of Flitwick Y547 XAG, a Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart, leaving Bedford bus station on circular service 27 via the villages of Cardington, Great Barford, Renhold, Wilden etc with a total journey time of around 67 minutes. It was new to London United (DPS547) in June 2001 and still retains the dual door London layout.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1053) – Grant Palmer of Flitwick YT51 EAJ seen in Bedford. A Plaxton Pointer Dennis Dart new to Connex London (DP8) in January 2002. It was later operated by Western Greyhound in Cornwall.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1108) – Grant Palmer of Flitwick SN06 JPX having a new mirror fitted in Bedford bus station. It is an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Plaxton Pointer bodied Dart that had been new to London United (DPK625) in August 2006.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1126) – Grant Palmer of Flitwick YX11 HPU seen by the Church of St. Paul in Bedford. It is an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro200 new as a demonstrator in August 2011.

Friday 7 October 2016 (1311) – Grant Palmer of Flitwick YN08 NLF seen in leaving Bedford bus station. New in April 2008, it has Plaxton Primo bodywork mounted on a chassis frame manufactured in Hungary by Enterprise Bus, a former TransBus International operation that was acquired after receivership by former TransBus executives. Lettering is carried for the Leighton Buzzard/Linslade circular service 36.
