July 1988 - Suffolk based Lewis Travel operated from Bury St. Edmunds and later from Brandon. NJS 43S is a Duple Dominant bodied Ford R1014 new to Newton of Dingwall in March 1978. It was parked outside Witton Chemicals on Hampstead Avenue, Mildenhall.

Saturday 15 February 1997 - Suffolk based Lewis Travel operated from Bury St. Edmunds and later from Brandon. E861 TNG, a Duple 320 bodied Bedford Venturer YNV that had been new to Sanders Coaches of Holt in March 1988, seen parked new Cambridge Airport.

Thursday 14 October 1993 - Suffolk based Lewis Travel operated from Bury St. Edmunds and later from Brandon. RIB 3929, a Jonckheere Bermuda bodied Volvo B58-61 that had been new to Pan Atlas of London in May 1981 registered XNV 139W, parked at Mildenhall Upper School.

Saturday 28 May 1994 – Suffolk based Lewis Travel operated from Bury St. Edmunds and later from Brandon. Three of their fleet are seen at RAF Mildenhall visiting the Air Show. Left to right: 149 WX, a Plaxton Supreme bodied Ford R1114 that had been new to Cooper’s of Killamarsh in January 1979 registered YWG 848T YGC 295W, a Unicar bodied Bedford YMT that had been new to Burrows of Hounslow in March 1981. Friday 24 January 1997 (approx. 1510) - Suffolk based Lewis Travel operated from Bury St. Edmunds and later from Brandon. B862 XYR, a Plaxton Paramount 3500 bodied Volvo B10M new to Grey-Green Coaches, London in April 1985, seen at Mildenhall Upper School awaiting homeward bound pupils.

Saturday 24 May 1997 – Coaches of two different operators named Lewis at RAF Mildenhall attending the Air Fete. Left is Lewis of Greenwich, London 686 CXV, a Hestair Duple 425 Right is Lewis of Bury St. Edmunds B116 DTG, a Duple Laser bodied Bedford YNV that had been new to Cleverly (Capitol) of Cwmbran, South Wales in June 1985. A Jonckheere Bermuda of this Lewis stands behind. I didn’t record if it was the one with which I was most familiar namely RIB 3929, a Volvo B58-61 that had been new to Pan Atlas of London in May 1981 registered XNV 139W.

Friday 13 July 2012 (0916) - Lewis Coaches of Brandon N66 BOY, a Van Hool Alizee bodied Volvo B10M, which was new to Golden Boy (Jetsie Limited) of Hoddesdon. Stephensons of Essex 807 (P167 BTV), a Northern Counties bodied Volvo Olympian, stands behind. (Taken from the upper deck of a Mulleys double decker).

Thursday 28 June 2012 (1255) - Lewis Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk YJI 5279, a Jonckheere bodied Mercedes-Benz and LUI 9696, a Neoplan, seen about to leave King Edward Grammar School, Bury St. Edmunds. (Seen from the upper deck of Mulleys M530 RHG. Mulleys M529 RHG appears in the background of this shot).

Friday 16 March 2012 (1148) – Lewis Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk N66 BOY, Van Hool Alizée (chassis Volvo B10M?), seen at King Edward School, Bury St Edmunds about to load students and luggage. The registration plate stayed on the vehicle after sale by Golden Boy Coaches (Jetsie Limited) of Roydon, Hertfordshire.

Thursday 11 September 2014 (1113) – Lewis Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk YJI 5729, a Jonckheere Deauville bodied Mercedes-Benz. Seen parked in Stamford bus station (Lincolnshire) whilst on a private hire/charter.

Tuesday 14 June 2011 (1119) - Lewis Coaches of Brandon HSK 892 seen parked by the Swimming Pool in Mildenhall awaiting school children taking a swimming lesson. A Plaxton Paramount 3500 body unusually mounted on a Mercedes-Benz chassis.

Thursday 16 June 2011 (0903) - Lewis Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk Neoplan LUI 9624 awaiting pupils of King Edward Grammar School, Bury St Edmunds who were going out for the morning.

Thursday 6 November 2014 (1003) - It is rather unusual for a small family run independent coach business to have rear end advertising on a coach. Lewis Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk LUI 9624 carries advertising for a pet supplies store. The Neoplan was seen outside Mildenhall Swimming Pool.

Monday 21 September 2015 (1105) – Lewis’s Coaches of Brandon, Suffolk 116 XYD, a Jonckheere Mistral bodied Volvo B10M, seen at Mildenhall Swimming Baths on a school contract. It was acquired from Three C's Travel of Nedging, Ipswich in whose colours it remains. Three Cs had acquired it from A Soames and Sons (Forget Me Not Travel) of Otley, Suffolk who ran it with registration number S4 GET. It was new to Bebb Travel, Llantwit Fadre as S72 UBO in August 1998 and that registration was re-applied after the coach left Soames. (I have seen reference on an internet website that the registration number B4 BCL had also been carried at some point – Burtons Coaches Limited?)
