Replica antique bus and genuine tram at Beamish Museum - 18 Jun 2016 (DSCF4158)

Saturday 18 June 2016 (1258) – Visitors to Beamish Open Air Museum are able to travel round the site on authentic early 1900s trams or replica old buses. The tram in the background is Sheffield car 264 originally new in 1907. The bus represents a Newcastle-upon-Tyne vehicle painted blue. It originally carried London General red livery in the style of a ‘B’ type.
