Saturday 26 August 1995 - Eastern Counties Omnibus Company VR138 (SNG 438M), an Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol VR new in August 1974, seen in High Street, Mildenhall.

In February 1987 Eastern Counties was privatised and sold to its management. The livery carried by VR138 here is that employed during the period until the company was sold to the GRT Group in July 1994.

The lack of adverts on the front panels gives a different look to the bus. Also, the fleet number was carried in an unusual position.
