Sunday 25 September 2022 – Showbus 50 Rally, Hertfordshire County Showground

Entered by The London Bus Works/The London Bus Company, JPA 121K is a Park Royal bodied AEC Reliance that had been new to London Country Bus Services (RP21) in January 1972 for Green Line service work.

It carries a number plate featuring what I believe are called Serck style characters, a style allowed in the 1970s but not one I personally liked. On this particular plate the shape of the ‘A’ and the ‘2’ are noticeably different from current styles.
