Wednesday 28 September 2022 (1224) – In past decades the Setright ticket machine could be found in use by the thousand but nowadays are rare indeed as electronic types have taken over.

Fareline Bus & Coach (Jeff Morss) of Wingfield near Eye manages quite well with the old technology and this machine was seen on board Jeff’s one vehicle parked in Bury St. Edmunds bus station between trips on the Wednesday only (market day) service 320 from Eye. Jeff usually owns just one vehicle at a time and his current bus is NK54 NUH, a Wright bodied Volvo B7RLE new to Go-Ahead owned Go Wear (4978) in January 2005.
