Saturday 20 August 1988 – Coaches taking a refreshment break at Sanara Services at Red Lodge, Suffolk during a refreshment stop.

Left is Hardings of Redditch E97 LWP, a Duple 320 bodied DAF SB2305 new in April 1988, which was operating on hire to L F Bowen. Bowen’s often had a number of duplicate coaches duplicating their summer Saturday coastal holiday service from the Birmingham area to Great Yarmouth.

Right is JDG 323V, a Duple Dominant bodied Bedford YMT new to Perrett’s Coaches of Shipton Oliffe near Cheltenham in February 1980. There was a company named R & R Coaches based in Corsley near Warminster, Wiltshire.
