Cambus 425 (RNG 825W) in Stowmarket - 16 Jul 1989

Cambus 425 (RNG 825W) in Stowmarket - 16 Jul 1989
Sunday 16 July 1989 - Cambus 425 (RNG 825W), a Duple Dominant bodied Leyland Leopard, seen in Stowmarket working a service 792 trip to Cambridge.
The joint Cambus and Premier Travel service 792 originally ran from Peterborough to Felixstowe via Cambridge, Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich but at the time of this photograph had become a six days a week service between Peterborough and Bury St. Edmunds only. Between Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich (and perhaps Felixstowe) the service was Sundays only.
The coach was originally new to the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company as their LL825 in April 1981 and used on National Express work. When ECOC was split in the pre-privatisation process it passed to Ambassador Travel and then to Cambus.
