DSCF4823 Marshalls OP117 (YJ67 GBE) in Nottingham - 13 Sep 2018
Thursday 13 September 2018 (1112) – Marshalls of Sutton-on-Trent OP117 (YJ67 GBE), an Optare Versa new in December 2017, seen turning from Mount Street to Maid Marian Way in Nottingham bound Newark on service 90. This service is named the ‘Fosseway Flyer’ and operates hourly with the journey taking 48 minutes.

Fosse Way is the name given to the Roman road which runs diagonally across England from Exeter to Lincoln, a distance of about 230 miles (370 km) of which 180 miles (290 km) is an almost a straight line. For the first few decades following the Roman invasion of Britain in AD 43 the alignment marked the western frontier of Roman rule. The distance covered by service 90 along Fosse Way (A46 and the adjacent parallels) is only about 12 miles (19 km) though.
