HBM: Chamonix Bus departure area - Aug 1990
August 1990 – The services of Chamonix Bus departed from this square in the town centre (Place de l’Eglise?) which has now totally changed. It is mainly pedestrianised so the buses no longer leave from here.
The company seemed to pay high attention to detail with well marked bus stops along the main routes. The departure stands in this photograph are marked with overhead boards. The building on the right is the enquiry and administration office. Two Kässbohrer-Setra S215 SL buses are in the photograph, their large fleet numbers need no further description!
