DSCN1863 Liechtenstein Bus Anstalt 66 (FL 28506) (operated by Ivo Matt A.G.)

Wed 11 June 2008 – 1215 hrs (Local time) - LBA (Liechtenstein Bus Anstalt) 66 (FL 28506). Short length two axle diesel powered MAN bus operated by contractor Ivo Matt A.G. Seen in Switzerland at Sevelen (Büeli) terminus of service 24, a service which only runs at peak times. This route was one which was pioneered by Otto Frommelt back in 1928. Bus 66 was the highest fleet number I saw on any LBA bus. Fleet numbers ran almost consecutively from 1 to 39 then the next two I saw were 57 and 66! It had worked the 1158 trip from Triesen (Massina) via Vaduz arriving here at 1212 and with a straight turn round returned at 1215. A fast driver, and sadly not very sociable.
