Cake au citron ........bon appétit ! une petite douceur pour terminer la soirée ?

merci de vos visites et comms ! Ingrédients pour 1 cake : 175 g de sucre (200 g pour Bernard) 120 g de beurre fondu le zeste d'un citron 3 œufs 150 g de farine 80 g de jus de citron (2 petits citrons) 1 demie cuillerée à café de levure chimique Pour le glaçage : 25 g de jus de citron 130 g de sucre glace Préparation : Préchauffez le four à 170°C. Mélangez brièvement ensemble le sucre et le beurre fondu. Contrairement à la plupart des recettes, il ne faut pas ici faire blanchir le mélange. Prélevez le zeste du citron en faisant attention à ne pas toucher au ziste (le blanc). Le ziste donne de l'amertume aux recettes, ce qui gâche franchement le plaisir ! Je mets à jour la recette car je viens d'acheter une râpe micro-plane et c'est vraiment le top du top pour prélever les zestes super finement, rapidement et sans toucher au ziste. www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com/2015/04/cake-ultime-au-citron-de-bernard.html
