A jealous cock pheasant, finding himself beak to beak with his own reflection in our french windows

There is nothing which so infuriates a jealous cock pheasant as finding himself beak to beak with his own reflection in our french windows! At first I thought someone was tapping at the window to draw my attention - even opening the door within a foot or so of him, did not distract his attack, until the door opened wide enouigh to give him two reflections of himself, at which point he fled!
