Lepista Nuda - Wood Blewit

Edible and rated excellent: Sliced thinly, sauteed in butter with salt and pepper and spread on toast - delicious!
However if you have not positively identified any you pick, do NOT risk eating them!
I leave one overnight on a sheet of white paper, gills down, under a glass bowl. The spore print for this variety is pale pink. If the print is dark brown, it is not Lepista Nuda!
