Stock photo I suppose. Testing the Zeiss 24 f/2 (A-mount). Sony A6600 + Sony ZA 24mm f/2 + LA-EA5.

Photo was almost completely dark. Unreal amount of noise on brightening. This photo would not exist without Topaz DeNoise AI. It is amazing. Sure, lots of mpix with the A7RIV, but noise starts at ISO800, and shadows are noisy. Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + LA-EA5.

Another pic saved by Topaz DeNoise AI. It is amazing software. This one was very dark (flash was recharging) and so very noisy on brightening. Was gonna delete it but Topaz saved it. Just liked the drops all in a row. Tamron 180mm f3.5 A macro + LA-EA5.

Another shot of the strawberry leaves saved by Topaz DeNoise AI. Was very dark and very, very noisy on brightening. Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + LA-EA5.

Another strawberry leaf shot also saved by Topaz DeNoise AI. I was seriously thinking of selling the R4A for another A7S2 due to its noise until I found Topaz. Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + LA-EA5.

Trying out different exposures. So used to exposing for the general scene that doing it just for the brightest part is new to me. Captured a mood. Like that it's almost black and white but that the colour's still there. Like the DoF too even at f/4.5. Sony A7RIVA, Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + LA-EA5. Handheld as always.

Liked how the rain pooled on the rose leaf. And another opportunity to see how close the ZA 135/1.8 could get. Sony A7RIVA + Sony ZA 135mm f/1.8 + LA-EA5.
self-portrait

First pic out of the A7RIVA - a basement composite floor shot taken randomly. Guess it's my artistic shadow. Closest I'll get to a self-portrait :). Sony ZA 16-80mm f/3.5-4.5 + LA-EA5.

Trying out a Sony ZA 135mm f/1.8 + LA-EA5. Fantastic lens. Everything you've read about it is true.

Love the Minolta 200 f/2.8G rendering. Sublime. Catching late winter melt. Sony A6600 + LA-EA5.

Minolta 200mm f/2.8G + LA-EA5 on Sony A6600. Sublime. Should really sell the Minny 200G but don't wanna.

Read somewhere to overexpose winter shots, so I tried it. A6600 (sold now) + Zeiss 16-80 + LA-EA5.
lil sunlite - light study

Trying to capture a little dusk light sneaking through the bush. Working on my exposure experience. Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + A7RIVA + LA-EA5 (most likely MF).

Always interested in otherwise shady situations catching a bit of sun. Tamron 180mm f3.5 macro + A7RIVA + LA-EA5.

What the woods look like once the snow is gone here on the Canadian homestead. Voigtlander 15mm f4.5 + A6600.

Somehow a few leaves always hang on all winter, only to fall in the spring. Minolta 200mm f2.8 G + A6600 + LA-EA5.
