"Haben Pflanzen eine Seele?"
Mit der Frage "Haben Pflanzen eine Seele?" wurde ein Verfahrenstechniker
im Fernsehen solange befragt, bis der Hochschullehrer erklärte:
"Machen Sie doch ein Experiment!".
So wurden hundert Zuschauer gebeten,
sich mit drei ihrer Tomaten täglich liebevoll zu unterhalten,
die anderen dagegen mit Mißachtung zu strafen.
Das Ergebnis erbrachte "ein wissenschaftliches Sensatiönchen":
Die Hobby-Gärtner ernteten zweiundzwanzig Prozent mehr geliebte
als ungeliebte Tomaten.
