So atmospheric. Is that a lowering or a glowering sky? Not sure, I'll have to look it up!

Hmmm.Neither quite right, I think. Both meaning generally dark, grey, threatening. I need a word that's gold, glowing and growing dark at the same time...Gloaming? No that's no good, that's after the sun's gone down. Maybe Lewis Carroll has a word for it...
