Stalker In The Mist!
Castle Stalker in the warm glow of sunset.
The light was quite mystical and I have therefore added the link for a Paul Carrack version of 'Into the Mystic'. I felt this version had a mellow feel to it which better suited the mood of the scene.

The Castle on the Loch
Our journey took us past Castle Ardvreck, built around 1590 on a rocky promontory on Loch Assynt, Sutherland by the Clan MacLeod. The mountain in the background is Glas Bheinn.
Although the castle is mostly in ruins some walls are still standing after all these years.
The song I have added is by Journey - 'After All These Years'
