A beautiful day at Oban Scottish Highlands. It is so peaceful that any movement of the ships and boats is almost imperceptible. The tall ship on the left is the 'Flying Dutchman'. What a dream to sail away on her on such a perfect day, and to feel the gentle movement of the water beneath her. It was designed by John Norton and is a Grade II listed building. It was constructed using local sandstone. The octagonal font, made of polished marble, dates from the 12th century and came from the original church.
