Thanks for your visit and YS Tanja - Loughcrew. I don't think it is that uncommon in the Scottish Highlands where we were on holiday, but it was a bit of a surprise! Within 36 hours the temperature had risen to 20 Deg C. plus and stayed that way for several days:)

Thank Andy, much appreciated. Yes, you are right of course. The weather forecast had said to expect a rise in temperature in the next day or so, they never mentioned snow for the next morning. Perhaps it was very local, anyway it was gone by mid afternoon, so I dug out the BBQ in anticipation the warm weather to come:)
