Magisches Leuchten eines Spinnennetzes - Magical glow of a spider's web

Recently I found this spider's web in my garden, glowing with rainbow colours in the morning sun. However, you could only see the colours if you stood at a certain angle by the web and looked towards the sun. Even slight movements to the left or right made the colours disappear. This phenomenon can be explained by light diffraction, see internet articles.
