A Caterpillar or Two Was Here

typical little crunched up outer skins of caterpillars that have hatched, hung around the leaf for a bit, grew then have wandered off.

Red-veined Dock

I'm not sure if this is wildflower or some sort of dock type thing or what, hardly any leaves but the two it had were sorrel-ish shaped but small. These was on a long stem, these seed head were spread apart by 1-2'. Found it! :)

Oakl Leaf-miner Moth

Not sure who yet, will have to have a look, but if you look to the right side of the mine, a yellowish line is the caterpillar.

Oak Gall

I think this is a wasp gall on Oak, will have to have a look around, But a reallly fresh one, not brown like most we find.
