Now I was told the Daisies I bought for the patio were Michaelmas, but not according to my Collins book, somebody is wrong! LOL
Well I still love these as well and have a couple of pots of them on the patio too.
I'm not sure if this is wildflower or some sort of dock type thing or what, hardly any leaves but the two it had were sorrel-ish shaped but small. These was on a long stem, these seed head were spread apart by 1-2'.

In Common Fleabane. Recently we thought we had a moth that was very rare in East Sussex, but it turned out that once we saw this activity we were able to ID it to this local speces.
In Common Fleabane. Local species, very secretive, only seen in afternoon to evening, and doesn't come to light. Probably under recoreded as we saw at least 4 this day.
