A Lacewing (Conwentzia sp.)

A Lacewing (Conwentzia sp.)
Not entirely sure but I suspect this is a tiny Caddisfly, he was about 1.5-2mm from head to wingtip. Very small but quite nice looking bug.

Update: Thanks to the folks over at Ispot for help with the ID of A Lacewing (Conwentzia sp.) I never would have even thought about a power winged lacewing.
