House Sparrow Fledgling and What?

These two were acting rather familiar, and sure enough as you can see in the next photo the parent just off shot comes in and they both are ready to eat.

I probably should mention here:
This bird was seen in East Sussex, UK. In an area that is flood prone but normally dry with loads of bird activity.
