Roman Catholic Church, Aldeburgh, Suffolk

A c1928 postcard showing the church in its semi-completed state. Its gothic cladding having not yet reached the east end. This is roughly how the church looked from 1925 until it was bombed in World War Two, and then rebuilt without its tower. The statue disappeared some years ago.
