I have only just come accross this posting, and it gave me great pleasure to see it here and to read the comment beneath it.

This is my wife's grave. She was not a commercial artist as such but had a great natural talent painting in watercolour or acrylic paints.

The overnantel panel on the Drawing Room fireplace at Meesosn Hall was painted by her.
