ornamental cherry tree: before

We decided we had to sacrifice the ornamental cherry tree for the sake of the vegie garde area: it takes away too much sun. We had some magnificent displays of spring blossom, but it only lasts a week, and if we have high winds or rain, it's not even that. So... down she goes
