Phillip Island with that Canadian

Stupid German tourist who climbed over the railings, then walked up the hill over penguin burrows (light and easy to collapse) to get a better photo. Couldn't restrain myself and shouted at her to get off the hill and why. Got congratulated - separately - by three old ladies for standing up to the penguins. The Frau in question claimed she didn't know it wasn't allowed... despite having climbed over a barrier with multiple picture signs saying telling you not to do just that.
