our pig weekend: Monday

The sausage attachment I bought for this grinder was too big for the natural sheep casings, so we had to improvise by jamming the attachment from a smaller sausage machine onto the other one. PJ is holding it firmly in place as Simon cranks the grinder, and Clem looks after the casing and filling.
