dinner at the Mildura Brewery

Dessert: I had the trifle of the day - berries with orange blossom cream and spiced meringues (divine) with St Germain elderflower liqueur. Ad had the petite fours platter of desserts, including a mini version of my trifle, a hops bavarois with an Indian Ale infused syrup, a flourless chocolate cake, a sticky date pudding and a lemon curd tart.
