Today Ad thawed out the eels which he caught in Daniel's dam, "put to sleep" in the freezer (the simplest anfd most humane way of killing them). He gutted and de-slimed them (tea-tree bark is brilliant for this!), soaked them in salt water, then hung them up to dry. After this they go into the smoker.
