Porterhouse's Big Day 01

Duane Thomas (Clean Cut Mobile Butcher of Leongatha) has come to move our 18 month old steer Porterhouse into the freezer. To watch Duane do his work is to watch a master at his craft. The steers remain calm, he kills Porterhouse cleanly with one shot, and the rest of the job is done with equal efficiency.
