I found a round locomotive workshop on google maps and tried to access it in real world. This caused strange ways through abandoned houses, roofs, but finally we found it, luckily. This image is where the search began.

No. Obviously all life has left this building (I think this one was the workers breakroom). But this is also not the right way to the loco workshop, maybe from the 2nd floor and over the roof? No...I will not use this rusty ladder (see 2nd PiP).
