I'm assuming that's a very old ECT machine - thank heavens we're slightly more advanced these days and the asylums did provide a place of safety. But mental health care hasn't improved that much - and getting hold of timely psych care is near impossible here. Our old large asylums have either been turned into apartment blocks by developers or demolished.
