I suspect that only you would have thought of getting underneath racks of drying fish heads to take a photo ;-)) Having said that, the photo is strangely compelling.............I like the symmetry and the detail, although without your description I wouldn't have known what they were.

The smell was not that bad, completely dried out, so the smell was almost gone ;-)

Many of them are exported to Africa (Nigeria mainly), where it's used as the key flavouring in soups ;-)
