The top station of the large cable car, which takes visitors from Meran to the high plateau (1,690m) below the summit of the Großer Ilfinger (2,581m). ~~~~~ Die Bergstation der großen Gondelbahn, welche die Besucher von Meran auf das Hochplateau (1.690m) unterhalb des Großen Ilfinger (2,581m) bringt.

The via ferrata Heini Holzer above Meran (South Tyrol, Italy) was obviously built for tourist purposes. Because such elaborate information boards can hardly be found elsewhere. Let's hope it doesn't attract the wrong people. (Captured by my wife.) ~~~~~ Der Klettersteig Heini Holzer oberhalb von Meran (Südtirol, Italien) wurde ganz offensichtlich zu touristischen Zwecken angelegt. Denn solch aufwändige Hinweistafeln findet man anderswo kaum. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass das nicht die Falschen anlockt. (Bild aufgenommen von meiner Frau.)
