At the upper end of the sloping ramp in the Via ferrata Lake Reintal (Tyrol, Austria). There aren't any climbing aids for the feet here. You have to find the footholds in the rock yourself.

ROL/Photo club has replied to Bergfex clubmoi depuis le COVID j'ai du presque arrêter de courir.
Pendant le covid (2020) j'ai eu une hernie inguinale à l'aine coté droit</u<</b< j'ai du arrêter
longtemps pour que ça guérisse totalement et
en 2021 en courant tranquillement pour garder la forme, j'ai glissé et suis mal tombé dans un chemin de vignes sur une pierre et me suis cassé,
le col du fémur coté gauche donc la aussi j'ai du arrêter longtemps, j'ai du donc pratiquement arrêter pendant 2ans à courir, donc j'ai perdu une grande partie de mes muscles aussi bien donc coté droit que gauche, et à présent je vais sur mes 80 ans donc trop tard pour se refaire une solide musculature.. mais bon je cours encore à droite et à gauche au jardin (nous avons un terrain de 20 ares, je bouge beaucoup quand le temps le permet pour aller faire des photos.
