Bergfex club has replied to Elbertinum clubAber es kann auch "anders" kommen.
Dazu in den nächsten Tagen mehr . . .
Why no message from IMA about this recurring problem, experienced by so many of us recently?
Team club has replied to Andy Rodker clubWhy no message?
Because no one else reported that problem yet.
I myself had no problems yesterday until 23:30 CET.
And this morning everything works fine, too.
So everything seems to be ok with Amazon Web Service.
At least in Austria.
Did you check your local provider velocity?
And did you test download from other Websites?
If the problem continues at yours, you should not mention it underneath a private picture of mine, but better send a ticket via help. Than Pam will inform Sami, who is in charge for technical matters. (As published previously. I'm only CMO.)
BERNHARD (ima)
Andy Rodker club has replied to Team clubI now understand the protocol. Yes I tried all those things and it recurs about once every other day for an hour or more. Many others also experience the same problem at the same times I do so it is an issue with something, somewhere and there is growing frustration.
Working perfectly just now!
Best wishes,
Andy
Bergfex club has replied to Andy Rodker clubI think best would be to ask the others who are involved to monitor the situation 3-5 days and make a short protokol with day / time / location of the disruption. Then send it to the help line (Pam) + Sami please.
