Sollen sie nicht so oft reformieren....
und in Bayern ist es halt heller - zumindest im Gegenlicht, wenn ich überbelichten muss, um den Stein vernünftig hinzubekommen....

No, it's a border stone, marking the border between Germany and the Czech Republic. The pic shows both sides: The golden lion on black field stands for the region of Upper Palatinate, a part of Bavaria. The silver lion is the heraldic animal of Bohemia.

This border stone was erected in 1774.
I told them that both lions are chasing one another round the stone since then. Thats why their tongues hang out.....

As you can see Bavaria is clearly in the lead ;-))))))))
