The trout and almonds was very good, and I found a bottle of Prager Riesling trocken which proved a superb match!

Our last receipt !
Once opened and cleaned, you put inside some Roquefort or Blue Cheese from Bonneval, a touch of salt and pepper (You can also add a touch of sour cream) , You put all thant into alu foil, 10 min on each side in a plate in a warm oven with a bit of water to avoid the alu to stick and then GOOD APPETITE !!!!!!!!
