Roll Me Over ...

Taken at Beningbrough Hall, a large Georgian mansion which is near the village of Beningbrough, North Yorkshire. The building, now owned by the National Trust, is around 300 years old and overlooks the River Ouse.
This rusted artwork was spotted on an old lawn roller leaning up against the outer wall of the main gardens.
It was located within the centre of the handle no doubt to add strength as well as beauty. Sadly, time has taken its toll on the metalwork.

If you do a Google images search for "Royal Garden Rollers" you'll find it brings up several similar logos .......mostly for sale on Gumtree, Ebay etc.
Pam J club has replied to Keith Burton clubautofantasia club has replied to Keith Burton clubThanks also for the tip on searching for "Royal Garden Rollers". I see that since you posted your original comment that Miss Marple aka Pam J thought she'd identified the logo as belonging to Ransomes.
However, following your suggestion I found a roller for sale on the Irish equivalent of eBay made my a company called J W C & S Ltd that I'm certain is the logo seen in my photo. Check the shortened link below and see what you think when you look at the photos:

cos they did at one point reverse the direction of the Lion !!
But your J W C has the right spacing for the lettering. !
I think you cracked it !!
