Darling Buds Of Winter ...

This week's Sunday Challenge was to photograph three things the same, only one of which should be in focus, which you also had to treat in some other way .... a sort of 'two for one' if you like!

So I decided to take 3 bottles of my favourite tipple, which must surely be one of America's finest exports after the early Ford Mustangs and the Chevrolet Camaro.

The added spin if you like was that I shot them in near total darkness with only low/selective lighting ... cheers everyone!

Wow, excellent selective focus and composition! I'm not much of a Budweiser fan, but I love the label and those Clydsdale horses! Oh, and their theme park, Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, is second only to Disney World for family fun! :-))

As for Busch Gardens, I'd not heard of that before so thanks for that ... sounds like a fun place to go, not that I ever go anywhere - lol! ;)

Yes, for some strange reason the label on left looks like it is on background, and is just enlarged version =O I don't know why... Goes against all the logic. Sort of an optical illusion =)

I can assure you though Sami that it was the nearest to the camera. I had them going away from the camera at an angle, slightly staggered so that you could see all three labels without seeing any of the background.

The middle one was exactly that, neither the nearest nor the furthest if that makes sense? :)

The focus is dead on ... made me think of: This Bud's For You! Not a fan of Budweiser but I love there ads on T.V. with the Clydesdale horses. They did one just after the tragic events of 9/11 that brought tears to everyone who viewed it (or should have). Great job with the challenge!!
