HFF

HFF from the ferry through the Inside Passage British Columbia.

Boat Bluff Lighthouse near Klemtu at the south end of Sarah Island in the Tolmie Channel in British Columbia's Inside Passage. The lighthouse was built in 1907. The steel skeleton tower is 7.5m high and the warning light is at a height of 11.5m above sea level. The station is still manned by keepers, who have a few fences and railings to orient themselves against when the weather is not sunny.

An unusual lighthouse Aschi..................but I really like this beautifully detailed image. There's certainly no shortage of fences. It's quite unusual nowadays for light houses to be manned.
