Longhouse of the Mnong and Ede
The Mnong and Ede traditionally have long house constructions on stilts with a veranda on one gable side which is also the main entrance. The houses can be 40 or more meters long.
In the traditional society of these ethnic groups, these large buildings provide living space for several generations. It is said that the longest house of these communities in the past was 200 meters long.
