The Royal Mile ,exactly one mile and 107 meters from the entrance of Edinburgh Castle to the gates of the Palace of Holyrood House, a tourist attraction that gives an insight into the history of the city and Scotland itself. Most of the architecture is Victorian - the houses date from the 15th and 16th centuries.
Built in pink sandstone with corner towers and turrets, the Radiso Blu looks like an old building, originally built in 1990, on which a block of 18th century houses is considered the most beautiful example of modern medieval architecture.
