Hands are forgotten inside the words
and the hands speak with gestures
of inappropriate fingers.
denounce and accuse
the words' owner.
there is no word thrown to the wind
that extinguishes itself
or keeps silent forever.
flies on an echo or a wing
and one day it gets into one ear.
so the spoken word
like a thrown
stone.
///
Esquecem as mãos dentro das palavras
e as mãos falam com os gestos
inoportunos dos dedos.
denunciam e acusam
o dono das palavras.
não há palavra jogada ao vento
que se extinga
ou se cale para sempre.
voa num eco ou numa asa
e um dia entra num ouvido.
assim a palavra dita
como pedra
atirada.
