Our niece, who is in the age-range of a millennial -- but is not one ---- would really dislike this! She works hard for what she has achieved and had many disadvantages along the way --- " why do these people think things should be given to them without any effort"..

Oh, just get her started - no, not showing it to her!
But agree with my niece --- nobody owes them a thing. There is a 4-letter word ..work to earn respect and all the things that go with it.
